You've got your warm jacket and gloves.  Maybe even a stocking cap and hockey stick with bells attached.  Now you need to add one more item to your list when attending a Dubuque Fighting Saints hockey game at Mystique Community Ice Arena.  A face mask or face covering.  This is in response to Dubuque Mayor Roy Buol's proclamation on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.  The official release from the Saints is below.

In accordance with the City of Dubuque's COVID-19 emergency proclamation for City-controlled properties, we will temporarily be requiring masks at Fighting Saints home games. This is a fluid situation and we will update you with more information as it becomes available.

Masks and or face coverings are now required in all Dubuque City-owned facilities.  The Mayor is also recommending face coverings in all public places.
