Saturday, June 29th

Farley Fire & EMS is hosting their annual "Picnic & Fireworks" celebration on Saturday, June 29th at Farley Park at 4pm. Admission is free; come for food, refreshments, and fireworks. Li Li and the Dirty Bastards will be performing from 8pm to midnight, with a Mini Tractor Pull taking place prior to music at 6pm. There will also be kids rides and inflatables starting at 4pm; games of chance for all ages; and raffle tickets for a Ski-Doo Snowmobile!

Thursday, July 4th:

The Kieler Church Dinner and Picnic is happening on the Fourth of July from 11am-4pm. The meal costs $16 and includes chicken & ham, mashed potatoes, corn, coleslaw, a roll, and pie. Ample outdoor seating will be provided with limited indoor seating available too. Sponsored by Immaculate Conception Church.

Saturday, July 13th:

Heyday Vintage Market is happening on July 13th 10am-4pm at The Smokestack on 62 E 7th St. Dubuque only vintage clothing market. Over 20 vendors from all over the Midwest, live music from Lou Shields and Katie & The Honky Tonks starting at noon, a custom chain-stitcher on site to customize your clothes, a beautiful selection of vintage motorcycles on display and cold cold drinks. All ages and Free admission

Saturday, July 27th:

Cyclones Eastern Iowa Classic is a best shot golf outing, July 27, at Meadows golf course in Asbury Iowa.  Shot gun start at 2:00 followed by a Ribeye Dinner by the Jones County Cattlemen.  In addition silent auction and live auction items.  Iowa State football players Rocco Becht, Jayden Higgins, Jaylin Noel, Caleb Bacon, Beau Freyler and many more athletes and coaches will be in attendance.  Registration is online at wewillcollective.com/easterniowaclassic

Friday, August 16th & August 17th:

A "Trash 2 Treasure" event will be held at Immanuel Congregational Church on Jackson Street in Dubuque on Friday, August 16th (8am-6pm) and Saturday, August 17th (8am-1pm). The organizers promise "a little bit of everything for everybody," with freshly baked goods available both days.
