That’s A LOT of Eggs! No Yolk!

Just a heads up for all you sweet fiends! That Dad (or Mom) Tax I was just talking about last week is definitely on, this Saturday in Cascade. As I mentioned then, my church at Cornerstone is once again hosting the Annual Cascade Community Easter Egg Hunt and it all goes down this Saturday, April 16^th, at the community park by the baseball diamond, sand volleyball courts, and tennis courts. Remember to be down there starting at 10am and we will most likely be done before 11 or around there.

Now, I said we do A LOT of EGGS for this event and this year we did even more; but, proof is in the pudding so to speak or in this case BAGS… BAGS of EGGS! Photographic evidence incoming…

This year we have estimated that there are 3500 to 4000 filled eggs! Seriously! That’s a lot of eggs! Which means Dads/Moms make sure your kids grab the chocolate filled eggs (you’ll wish you listened if all you have to eat is smarties; also, I may have snuck a few warheads in for you sour fans). Remember its not all sweets though; bouncy balls, stickers, necklaces, erasers, baby chicks (yes, they’re fake) fill out the assortment of goodies for the kids. And with 3 age groups your kids are sure to take home an easter basket full of goodies.
