I've already blogged about how much I've been grilling lately, but one item that I've received a few compliments on is my burgers. Here is the key: Dale's seasoning.

I like using ground chuck, but have used ground beef and, without fail, people will ask, "what did you do with these burgers?"

I pour in the Dale's with minced onion and burger seasoning du jour. I mix the beef with the ingredients and form the patties.

Dale's is truly good on EVERYTHING that you can throw on the grill.
