Allegedly, customers were unexpectedly hit with an "administrative charge" as part of a “deceptive scheme.” Verizon says they haven't engaged in any wrongdoing, but agreed to pay tons of users up to $100 each.

All Verizon customers, current or former, in the United States who received the postpaid wireless or data services and were charged, plus paid an Administrative Charge and Administrative and Telco Recovery charge between January 1st, 2016 and November 8th, 2023.
If you qualify, you will actually receive a letter or email notice with more information about this settlement. I got mine via email and it took two seconds to fill out!
Each notice has a unique ID and confirmation code, too. Once you get those, fill out your claim here by April 15th, 2024.
