Last week, Q Casino + Resort has announced that country singer Cole Swindell will be performing on the brand new amphitheater stage later this summer. A "proven hitmaker," per Rolling Stone, Swindell has been a mainstay in country music for over 10 years now, with an arsenal of hits that will bang loudly at Dubuque's premier venue.
