If you are traveling in Iowa you will want to make sure to be careful when visiting these two potential Bed Bug problem cities.

Bed Bugs can be very difficult to get rid of once you have them in your house.

The little critters can hitch a ride home with you after a trip where you stayed with that had an infested room.

According to WebMD “Bedbugs are active mainly at night and usually bite you while you're sleeping. They pierce the skin and take your blood through their long beaks. The bugs feed from 3 minutes to 10 minutes until they're full, then crawl away.” YIKES!

The list is based on treatment data from the metro areas where Orkin performed the most bed bug treatments from December 1, 2021 – November 30, 2022.

The ranking includes both residential and commercial treatments.

At #38 was Cedar Rapids a town of around 136,000 people in eastern Iowa.

At #37 Was Davenport a town of around 101,000 people in eastern Iowa.
