USA Today is running its annual Reader’s Choice Awards, featuring 20 nominated B&Bs from across the country. Voting is open through Monday, August 4, and will decide the final Top 10.

Discover Hidden Serenity in West Bend
Hidden Serenity Bed and Breakfast is located just north of Milwaukee in West Bend. True to its name, it’s tucked away on more than 20 wooded acres beside the Shalom Wildlife Sanctuary. Guests must travel a quarter-mile down a scenic driveway to reach this peaceful hideaway.
This adults-only bed-and-breakfast offers seven uniquely decorated rooms, each with private bathrooms, fireplaces, and luxury linens. Some rooms also feature jet tubs, heated floors, or private balconies.
Breakfast and Onsite Amenities
Guests enjoy a three-course gourmet breakfast that includes syrup tapped from trees on the property. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten or dairy-free options are also available. Hidden Serenity also features private walking and biking trails, plus activities like billiards and pickleball.
Hidden Serenity was named to the USA Today 10Best list in both 2023 and 2024. Now, they’re hoping to earn a third straight appearance on the prestigious list.
