East 9th Street Closure January 30 – Feb 1

East 9th Street in Dubuque will be closed between Locust and Main from 7:00 AM Saturday, January 30th, to 9:00 AM Monday, February 1st, for private construction work and equipment staging.  Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route.
