Could “Snow Days” be Ended Forever? NYC Public Schools are Done with Them

The New York City Department of Education announced the elimination of public school "snow days"  beginning with the 2021-22 school year, instead opting for remote learning on days when school buildings are closed because of bad weather.

The department released its 2021-2022 school calendar Tuesday.
