Three months after Chris Brown reached a co-parenting agreement with Royalty’s mother, Nia Guzman, it appears the singer will be headed back to court again.

According to TMZ, Guzman has filed court documents claiming the “Don’t Judge Me” singer’s alleged weed smoking habit is making their one-year-old child sick. The former model claims that Royalty has asthma because of the Brown's smoking and is afraid that Breezy is abusing drugs including sizzurp.

Guzman is asking the judge to restrict Brown’s visitation and order him to take random drug tests. She also wants the judge to prohibit the singer from taking drugs or consume alcohol around Royalty. She’s also asking the judge to force Brown to employ a full-time nanny to take care of their daughter.

And that's not all. Guzman is also seeking an increase in child support as she’s now getting $2,500 a month in support. But now she wants $16,000 a month.

Chris Brown’s attorney has no comment on the matter.

We don't know what to make of this, it was all rosy in October. If the allegations are true, Brown needs to fall back a little bit on the blunts for the child's health.
