Bee Branch Project Gates at the Garfield Avenue Railroad Crossing Tested
The City of Dubuque's mammoth Bee Branch Project marked a significant step toward completetion last week, as the enormous newly-installed gates at the Garfield Avenue Railroad Crossing were closed and tested. The gates which will keep high water levels on the downstream side from causing water to flow back upstream into Bee Branch Creek.
