Have you ever sat down and watched a professional bartender? What they can do with beverages is pretty darn amazing. It blows my mind some of the concoctions they come up with. I'll think to myself, no way it will taste good but in the end, it works and is a delicious drinking experience.

I recently heard about a new bar in Chicago called Dearly Beloved. They take the mixology very seriously. The latest drinks they have come up with aren't for everyone no matter what the taste. That's because the mixologist is using an ingredient that most people won't go near.

Dearly Beloved is using bugs in some of their most popular drinks. This isn't a joke, it's completely real. The mixologist is using tarantulas, beetles, and even grasshoppers. If you have a sense of adventure, maybe it's something you'll want to try out sometime down the road.
