Following the success of their end-of-the-year event, Five Flags Center in Dubuque is bringing back the "Winter Bounce," which will help both you and your children battle the cabin fever that can overtake us all during the cold and dreary winter months.

The "Winter Bounce" will return to Five Flags on February 28th and continue thru March 2nd, 2025, underscoring a weekend of fun for children and their families. Like in December, the arena will be filled with inflatable attractions, such as bounce houses, obstacle courses, laser tag, and mini golf.

The event is in partnership with Tough Entertainment in Monticello, IA, Y105, and 103.3 WJOD. In addition, there are multiple dates and times to assure that families with varying schedules can still take part in the fun!

  • Friday, February 28th: 4 PM – 8 PM
  • Saturday, March 1st: 10 AM – 2 PM & 3 PM – 7 PM
  • Sunday, March 2nd: 10 AM – 2 PM & 3 PM – 7 PM

The "Winter Bounce" event is doubly unique because adults/parents/guardians get in for free. Tickets are just $11 for anyone under 18. It is required that children wear socks while enjoying the inflatables. Socks will be available for purchase on-site for just $4.

Ahead of December's Winter Bounce, I chatted with Five Flags Center General Manager Aaron Rainey. Last month's event boasted over 30 bounce houses on site in conjunction with laser tag, mini golf, obstacle courses, and more. Rainey added that this event would be a great way to burn off that cabin fever energy that can sometimes fester during the colder months. Parents are welcome to jump with their children in the bounce houses as well.

You can bet the second Winter Bounce will do just that for children and their parents alike.
