Ciara and Russell Wilson changed their wedding location last minute, according to their wedding planner, Mindy Weiss.

It turns out that the couple was supposed to get married in North Carolina but decided to opt out because of the controversial transgender bathroom law in the state.

"We ended up in London," said Weiss in an interview with The Knot. "They wanted to be away. And we found a castle that was an hour out of Liverpool and they had about 110 guests."

It seemed to have worked out for the best as well. From the pictures we saw, the wedding was beautiful ceremony at Peckforton Castle. Baby Future and Jennifer Hudson were also in attendance.

The two have yet to comment on changing locations but in a recent interview Wilson spoke about having integrity as an athlete.

"Well I think we all have a responsibility," said Wilson. "It's not just on athletes, it's not just on coaches, it's not just on anybody in particular. It's on all of us. I think ultimately it comes down to love and appreciating one another and respect for one another."

In an interview with Advocate, Ciara also shared her support for the LGBT community when asked about Washington Wizards center, Jason Collins, who publicly shared that he is gay.

"I think it’s cool, because you have to embrace who you are," said CiCI. "If you don’t embrace who you are and accept who you are you won’t be able to live a happy life. At the end of the day, we have to live our lives for ourselves."
